SUGARFISH by sushi nozawa is a must-visit sushi spot in NYC. The warm rice with a hint of vinegar complements the fresh fish beautifully. The "Don't think, Just eat" omakase course is a favorite, especially the salmon with toasted sesame. Despite occasional delays, the amazing food and quick, friendly service make up for it. The unagi, yellowtail nigiri, and NZ sea bream are standout choices. No reservations needed, but the wait is worth it for the best sushi experience in the city.
