The noodles have a good texture, thick and tasty, with rich flavors that get more concentrated as you eat. The soups are amazing, and the dumplings come with great broth—ample portions at good value. The service is exceptional, quick, and patient, with Johnson leading the team, ensuring that every dish is perfect. The place is clean and simple, with a grab-and-go vibe and a couple of tables. While there is a variety of food, the dumplings are a highlight, with options like steam and fried pork and chive dumplings, as well as soup dumplings, which have received high praise. Some dishes, like the stewed pork over rice, are hearty and comforting, while the chili oil and mature vinegar add extra flavor. Though some dishes may not meet expectations, most meals are still 5 stars. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere, and it's nice to see the staff recognize regular customers.
