Supreme Restaurant is a popular spot known for their Xiao Long Bao dumplings. The food comes out quickly, and customers can watch the dumplings being made in front of them. The prices are affordable, and the staff is friendly. While some dishes like the scallion pancakes were a bit oily, most of the food was delicious. The shrimp dish was doughy but had fresh shrimp, and the duck dish was succulent with crispy skin. Overall, the dumplings had excellent skins and cooking, although some diners wished for more flavor in the meat stuffings and dipping sauces.
