Sushi 35 West is a hidden gem, offering peak sushi experiences. This one of the best hole in the wall sushi place boasts high quality and fresh sushi. The restaurant, located upstairs from a smoke shop, offers excellent fresh sushi with each component expertly combined. The salmon, tuna, yellowtail and other seafood options are amazing. This unassuming eatery, with only three tables, primarily offers take-out options. The fish is super buttery and tastes very fresh. Despite its small size, Sushi 35 West is worth finding and trying, with some reviewers even comparing it favorably to Michelin-starred establishments. They have a lunch salmon deal that is decent flavor, but for over $20, it's more of a snack than it is a meal.
