Sushi Counter is a small spot with just a few tables, perfect for a quick bite or takeout. The sushi is always fresh, with great flavor, and the rice is the perfect amount of softness with vinegar, and the seaweed is crisp. The quality really stood out, especially the spicy tuna and spicy shrimp rolls, and the gluten free tempura shrimp is a rare find.
