The menu is on the higher tier of the sushi circuit at $250 before tax/gratuity with 5 otsumami, 10 nigiri/sushi, tamago, soup, and dessert. The ostumami allows the chef to showcase their skills with cooked dishes, such as the tender hamo (pike conger) served with jasmine vinegar jelly, the enjoyable amadai fried with the scales on and hairy crab sauce, and the excellent grilled nodoguro. The shari (sushi rice) is cooked very well, with a deep red hue and a nice salty tang from the vinegar. The nigiri is exceptional, with standouts like the shima aji and iwashi.
