Great pasta, great service, took me without a reservation around 530pm on a Friday. And had a great ambience inside.Loved the fettuccine bolognese. And especially loved the wait staff. Very polite and fast.

Would give a 4.5 if I could. Really the only downside is that my group was a bit crowded at our table, we were a group of 5 and seated at a table for 4 which was a bit squished with plates, jackets, and especially as tables around us filled up. The more important part - the food! We shared the penne alla vodka and ravioli and the margarita and the 4 formaggi pizzas. Tartufo Pizza is OMG delicious. As good as any we have had in Italy. All homemade everything here. Owner Niko has been making pizza for 20 years and it shows! Bravo, hidden gem at St. Marks & Ave A. So good we decided to order the Fettuccine Bolognese and just take leftovers home. So how was the pasta you ask? Don't bother. Breaks the ten out of ten scale! We rarely review but you can't go wrong here.
