Food is good, but online ordering is horrible. Out of last 3 orders for pick up they prepared it only once. Once, they didn’t see order in time (40 minutes) and once they couldn’t find it in the system. I had to wait 10-15 minutes to get my rolls ready. Uncomfortable and waste of time.

I don’t find many places like Sushi Muse that serves authentic, excellent quality of fish at an ethical price in NYC these days. Absolute gem. Their blue fin tuna chirashi box is my favorite lunch!!! Thank you Sushi Muse. You always make my day!

Sushi Muse is a hidden gem of an authentic sushi restaurant. We had the pleasure of trying their wagyu burger, which was simply incredible and deserves to be among the top 5 burgers in NYC. The flavors were outstanding, and the quality of the wagyu beef was evident in every bite. It’s an underrated gem that shouldn’t be missed. The sashimi omakase at Sushi Muse was a true delight. The selection of fresh and flavorful fish was expertly prepared, showcasing the chef’s skill and attention to detail. The omakase experience was reasonably priced at $95 for two people, offering great value for the quality and variety of sushi.Overall, Sushi Muse offers great sushi that deserves a solid 5 out of 5 rating. With its authentic flavors, standout wagyu burger, and reasonably priced omakase, it’s a must-visit destination for sushi enthusiasts. Don’t miss the opportunity to experience this hidden gem.

This is easily the best sushi I’ve ever had, and the service was kind. Incredible packaging even for takeout service. Highly recommend!

I preordered vday dinner the night before and I ordered it to be picked up at 4pm on vday but it was already ready at 3pm. The fish was all dried up looking when we opened it at home and didn't look fresh at all. Also, we're allergic to Mackerel and wrote it specifically on the order about that but they still gave us mackerel in the order. We also asked for the low-sodium soy sauce on the order but didn't get that as well. The waygu didn't taste fresh at all. We had a stomach ache all night. Pretty much ruined our valentine's day. Did not expect this type of quality from a $160 dinner.

Beautiful fresh sushi. The king salmon flight is just the right size for a small lunch.

Amazing wings, mind blown. Good variety of tuna. Futomaki could be better, wish you could substitute that

First time in my life where I got a scale in the sashimi. I got the 15 piece sashimi omakase and it was the most underwhelming sashimi I've ever had. Definitely not worth it.Less than a quarter wine glass for a glass of sake. No service recovery for the scale I found eating my sashimi.I'll call it for what it is. This place is grocery store grade sashimi masquerading as an upscale sushi restaurant.

This place must be a front for organized crime. The "sign" out front is a half erased chalk board that is stained and illegible. When you go in there's no staff and a bunch of people eating at big tables. You don't know if you're in the right place or which of three restaurants you're at, since there's 3 different names depending on where you look.Turns out they're running all 3 establishments out of this tiny location. Plus the sushi menu has a half roll at $50. Plus they had zero variety of sushi options.Like all flatiron locations, this place is a confusing, shady mess. Another reason why that area is dead.

I got one of their boxes for takeout and overall the quality was good. I got the omfg and it came with 8 nigiri pieces and a choice of side roll. The box was cute and the fish was fresh. Decent size with good rice to fish proportion. Also came with a piece of tamago in the box!
