Enamored with my dining experience. Chef Noz was very charming and welcoming, and was dedicated to taking his guests on a journey of traditional Japanese omakase. Every course was meaningful and the level of care was unmatched. I look forward to dining there again.

I recently visited Sushi Noz and was blown away by the entire experience. The sashimi, sushi, and rest of the dishes were super fresh and delicious, and challenged my very Americanized palette (in a very good way!). Chef Noz, Chef Austin, and the rest of the staff were consummate professionals. By the time the dessert course came around, I was STUFFED. That said, Chef Noz, I need to know the recipe to that pumpkin ice cream! It blew my mind! This was 2 hours in heaven.

Just moved into the area. Found a bounty of great restaurants. But, none better than this amazing Palace of Fine Sushi. Noz himself is the weekday chef. His cuisine, the service, the ambiance are well worth the price of admission. I will be back often, whenever I need to share a fine meal with a dear friend or coleage.
