I have become a regular at The Swan Room. This spot is truly a hidden gem. I always sit at The Bar as the vibes are immaculate. The food and drinks are top notch. Chanel who works the front of the house is always the most welcoming and friendly - her welcoming energy sets the ton for this excellent establishment. The bar tending staff is excellent as well. Looking forward to being in this week!
I’m surprised by the reviews with bad service. It makes me sad that there’s such a polarized service here— we had an incredible time here, right when it opened at 5pm on a Saturday without a reservation. We were dressed up (I noticed those more casual were seated at the bar like ball caps and jeans and ripped clothing)— we were told we could have a table as long as we gave the table back by 7pm— which was no problem. We were only intending to stay for an hour or so and...
