The location on 61th street is my favorite. I always have a great experience when I pick up my Harvest Salad.
First time visiting this location - and long time SG fan. Not sure about the questionable reviews from prior customers, but I was greatly impressed with the customer service, service time and food quality/quantity. The Harvest Bowl is my go-to meal, and hit the spot, and got to enjoy outdoor seating on a beautiful sunny day in Manhattan. Would recommend this location!
Placed an order on GrubHub that was immediately cancelled. Called the restaurant a few times to understand and no answer/ almost seemed like a disconnected number. Leaving the review solely on the customer experience I had today. Ordering from another location now...

Based on the reviews, this Sweetgreen location has seen incredible improvement over the last year. The current staff is wonderful, friendly, attentive, and efficient. The service is fast and good, with specific mentions of Chaz, Ebony, and Sadika for their kindness and hospitality. The food is great, and everything is always fresh. However, some reviews noted slow and unattentive service, with orders being wrong. The location has no seating. The staff is very friendly and patient, and the location is very clean. It is very convenient for lunch or dinner, catering to office personnel. One reviewer recommends the Pesto Sauce. Despite past issues, the management and crew are putting in effort to provide a great customer experience, making it worth another chance.
