I order sweetgreen on average about 2-3x per week. It's so easy and healthy, and I've been a huge fan since 2013. However, the bowls here are consistently under portioned with little to no protein when they're charging $4-5 dollars extra. The side bread is so thin it's embarrassing. My bowl today didn't have a single drop of Caesar dressing despite me ordering it "heavy." They need to do better or stop charging $20 for a dry bowl of leaves.
Employee was rude, scooped some sweet potato and half fell out- barely gave me half a scoop. Same thing happened with the blackened chicken where I barely got half a scoop, when I asked he was like “this is a scoop”
