This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The staff was rude, and the loud, inappropriate music made it even worse. Overall, it was an unpleasant visit, and I will not be returning to this location.

I’ve been coming to this sweetgreen for over a year now and i don’t understand how this staff could be so consistently rude. Today was beyond though. One of the guys was so rude to everyone, slamming salads bowls and utensils. Also skimping so much on portions, even the customer ahead of me said something which of course was met with attitude by the employee. Not sure what’s going on with sweetgreen as i’ve experienced this attitude and skimping of portions at other locations, but do better. i just opened my salad and it looks half eaten already.

Rudest staff ever. Always the same two employees who slam your food down and skimp on the portions. The woman today had an attitude, slammed my bowl, and immediately walked away from the register when she saw me pull my card out. Left me standing there waiting for another employee to notice that I needed a bag.

Went here for lunch today and I was in the line for less than 5 minutes! Amazing especially when you only have 30 minutes to relax and replenish! I got the Chicken Pesto Parm so I highly recommend. Really delicious, light yet flavorful and filling! Thanks to the team for such an amazing experience!
Vegetarian options: Shroomami bowl is actually vegan, I saw a lot of vegan dressing options so I assume you can create something that would work for you.

This is my first time going to a Sweetgreen, and it's safe to say it's my last. I ordered a protein bowl for pickup and arrived to find a bunch of employees huddled in a corner, conversing and doing nothing. I politely told one of them that I had placed an order for pickup, and as I followed him around to the other side of the counter, the rest of them laughed at me unprovoked. I was scrolling on my phone on the app to see if I arrived on time, and one of them proceeded to comment, "Aw, is she writing a review about us?" and continued laughing. So yeah, I AM writing a review now, the staff needs better training to drop the attitude. If you're so insecure about your service... I don't know fix it? As for the food? I mean, it was fine; somehow it was cold even though I arrived on time. And it's not worth the nearly $20 I paid. Ridiculous that you're paying all this money to be met with lousy service and lackluster food. Spend your money on the many local restaurants in the area, and management, clean up your staff.

Horrible service, so rude. As soon as i got in line the server went off to the corner and ignored me for a few minutes, not taking it personally. She then proceeded to rapid fire ask for the order of those in line, not even letting me finish asking for extra chicken. Upon creating the meal, I corrected her that she was not making what I ordered. She proceeded to disagree saying it was my order, when she clearly didn’t even attempt to take it correctly the first time around. She then continued to say a joke or something to the other server before having him make it instead. Honestly was continuing to put up with this location because of the proximity to where I live, but officially calling it quits. (She seemed to take out her frustration on my meal)
