I’ve been going to the JuiceGeneration on Astor Place for five years. Yes the food is excellent and healthy but I have been consistent in my patronage because of the staff. They go out of the way to help you and make you feel welcome. I only know the name of the manager,Kishma, but all of her employees behave this way, probably because of her influence. I've been to a bunch of juice generations around the city, but this is by far the best. They're fast, friendly and never make a bad juice or bowl. I'm treated like a regular, so that always helps.

The smoothies are good, and the bowls are pretty average. I go there pretty regularly, but the online were option is a complete waste of time. I have never had an order ready when I show up. It doesn’t matter how long I wait after the expected completion time, I always have to ask or I am last person in the room. If you don’t say anything, ten people will order and leave before they finish an online order.
