Smelled like a NYC dumpster in August the second I walked in the door. Turned on my heel and walked out, so I can't comment on the food.
The customer service was amazing. The salads fresh and a great selection of add-ons.
Great food, though the same dish I got on Broadway last week tasted better. Also, the level up scanner was not easily identifiable at 18th Street so they swiped my card but by the time I realized I could use my Level Up, they said I could not switch. Oh well :(
