I was really upset with the lack of service. I showed up 15 minutes before they closed and they wouldn’t let me in. It was really critical that I had a Crunchwrap supreme but I was unable to get one so I was a very unhappy customer.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When we walked in, they greeted us by yelling at us, telling us “we could not eat inside”. When my friend went to check if they correctly left off cheese on her tacos, they screamed at her, telling her “she can’t eat in here”. When she politely told them she was checking if her order was right, they proceeded to scream at her (while other customers were fully eating in the restaurant). When she asked for her side of creamy jalapeño sauce (which she paid for) they screamed at her again. This proceeded to escalate - I will not be returning and I would highly suggest you walk the distance to a proper Cantina.

So this is my second time visiting this location I work in this area every weekend last time I visited this establishment there is a whole bunch of Nigerian delivery guys on their phones it looks uncomfortable and not welcoming. No customers dining inside because the floor is always filthy and sticky and there is no place to sit down because all the delivery guys hanging out. They didn’t put any sauces in my bag, so I had to reach over the counter and get them myself, even though I used the self check out to enter how many sources and what kind of sauces I wanted 😕 The sauces that they had sadly had sticky mild sauce on top of them. The lady gave me a handful to exchange the nasty ones. I got to my destination I noticed even those sauce packets were dirty. This is really unacceptable. I didn’t even want to write a review hopefully you guys can do better in the future I wouldn’t recommend this place for dining in or taking out

This is every time you go in there they take that Taco Bell as a Break room and the Manager doesn’t say anything and it be a smell in there you don’t know if it Taco Bell or them smh

Unfortunately this location is filthy and poorly managed. It seems no one bothers to clean the place, trash and sauce packets on the floor. When you order through the kiosk, you can add sauce packets to your order, however the personnel ignores this and you are liable to go home without the sauce. You're supposed to grab sauce packets yourself from the counter, however they were sticky and unclean. The kiosk payment system was also broken down last time, and I had to wait longer to pay at the counter before my order could be serviced. Bottom line: avoid this location.
