We ordered the scallion pancakes, shrimp Shanghai style noodle, and fish fillet with sweet and sour sauce. The scallion pancakes seemed deep fried instead of pan fried but still good. The noodle dish came with a decent number of shrimps. The fish fillet came with a few pineapple pieces which is what you see in "sweet and sour" dishes. Overall the dishes were standard Chinese American fusion which is what we expected.
A.U.T.H.E.N.T.IC. I was staying at the Sheraton Times Square hotel and asked the concierge which nearby Chinese restaurant was the best. Without hesitation he said, "Tang." A few blocks later and I'm placing my takeout order of Chicken with Garlic Sauce and brown rice. In almost no time, maybe five minutes, I was handed my food.
