Good food overall. Gnocchi is fantastic. Appetizers very good. Fish and steak overcooked. Overall a good spot in midtown. Great for a larger group or party. Dead on Saturday night at 8 pm.
Once a year we pick a restaurant in NYC for my birthday. This was what we chose and honestly the food and desert was fantastic I wish I could come back just for the creme brulee. All in all fantastic place. Kevi took great care of us.
Initial encounter with maitre d was not pleasant. The reservation had inadvertently been made at their other restaurant and although she probably just wanted to be sure our party wasn't waiting for us there, We felt unwelcome. We stood awkwardly near the door while we called our friends. Once they arrived we were granted access. From there on, things were delightful.
