Last night my boyfriend and I had the opportunity to go to Butterfly Bar, we arrived around 10:00PM, we ordered two cocktails and sat at the bar. What seemed like a really nice bar turned into a terrible experience due to the homophobic comments made by the bartender Brayan. He was talking to who appeared to be the Bar Manager(Shorter Latino guy with a gray sweater). The bar vibe and atmosphere is cute for a date or quick drinks with friends. Had a terrible time recently came for a friend’s bday, I was having back pain due to throwing my back out earlier in the week and asked for a comfy chair vs the allocated stool for the reserved area we were given. Management was very polite and allowed me a different chair with back support. A gentleman sitting beside me felt entitled to the seat and asked the wait staff to switch the seating arrangements....
Recently stayed here with a group of girlfriends. We stayed in a quadruple room and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. The hotel is beautiful. We enjoyed wine hour in the lobby and the staff went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met.
