A hidden vibe where you can enjoy a great cup of chai latte with fine music. This is a place where you can truly catch an unexpected vibe and the owner was very nice. 10/10HIGH Note: they do offer dairy free products. A WIN!

my friends and i visited here during our nyc trip from scotland and heard it was the best chai in new york. did we try chai anywhere else? no. but i’m confident this is surely the best.shoutout to the guy behind the counter who brewed our chai. the most chilled out dude in nyc who gave us some nightlife recs. our assumption was that these places would be as laid back as this fella but no - his recs gave us the biggest buzz of our trip. isn’t nyc so full of surprises? fabulous.

This place is incredible! They make the best chai and one of the best caffeinated drinks I’ve ever had. The chai just has the perfect balance of flavors for my taste (and is voted best chai in NYC) and the ambiance totally rocks. The owner also works on premises and is super kind and caring towards his customers and about his products. Highly highly recommend!

In my opinion, an uncomfortable interior with generally not very tasty tea

The chai is yum. Not too sweet, not too peppery, just right. It’s perfect. The golden milk is bomb too!

Undecided between two flavors I was given a taster to help choose. Cheerful, helpful and accommodating staff. They brought my delicious hot chai out to my table. Would absolutely recommend.

Came here to kill time before dinner plans and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. There's a large table for groups, as well as smaller seating options. They have wifi, but unfortunately no bathroom that I could see.I came around 5pm on a Saturday and it got pretty busy. I was able to snag a stool at a small table though. I got an iced chai, which tasted great. You order at the counter and they bring it out for you if you're dining in.I would definitely come back if I'm in the area. It seems like a good spot to read a book, or catch up with a friend.

Best chai in NYC? Hard to argue with the chai tasting. Great experience and don't sleep on the earl grey chai.

Not sure who voted it the best chai in town but that’s incredibly misleading and self aggrandizing. I’m all for small business, but when the owner is not remotely associated with the South Asian culture and tries to profit of it… you better have the best chai I ever had.The masala chai I had was FAR from that because it was extremely bland. How they managed to use 5-6 spices and end up with something that taste like paper is beyond me.If you want authentic masala chai go to an Indian restaurant and get one for half the cost.

The inside is so cool- very vibey. There was one guy working and he was so sweet and helped me decide what I would like best. I got the Hojicha and a hot dirty chai- two of the most cozy & deliciously comforting drinks I've had here. We are huge coffee people, and this ranks #1 place we have been for tea/coffee shops. Amazing.
