Lovely find near The Beacon Hotel. Intimate, cozy bar with friendly staff. Decadent small plates. The Rob Roy was perfect. Deviled eggs are a must. Sat at the bar and enjoyed watching the bartenders, which was a little like theater.
Conner is an amazing craft to the cocktail world and his personality is one in a million. Brad the server is very sweet and attentive. Cynthia the host was super sweet and very on top of it. Watched an interaction happen with a guest where the guest was very out of line saying to the host some inappropriate things that no guest should say to an employee of any establishment. And Cynthia handled it beyond well. This bar is doing the absolute best when it comes to hospitality. Also...
Already loved this place, but had to write a review because MULTIPLE people there went way out of their way - when the place was super busy (deservedly and as usual) - to be thoughtful and incredibly kind to me as I was dealing with an anxiety-provoking situation that had nothing to do with them. THANK YOU all.
