This restaurant is located in the Martinique hotel. My brother and I ate here for breakfast while on a trip to the city. We paid for breakfast with our reservation but for some reason was not on the breakfast list. It took us about 25-30 min going back and forth with management until I finally had to go to front desk myself and get it situated. After checking my reservation, they saw I did indeed have breakfast included and then everything was fine from there. The free breakfast menu is quite limited but in my opinion the food from the free menu was better than the food I actually paid for. The French toast had a HUGE whopping clump of butter on top and was drowned in the apple butter sauce. It was very overbearing and made the French toast very soggy. I ended up taking 3 bites and had to send it back. The side of bacon was very dry and overly crispy, as if it’d been sitting under the light for a long period of time. The eggs and had brown patty were very good, as was the salad served with your meals. The coffee was rich and strong. The seating was a little odd. It seemed that the booths were mostly reserved for couples and singles or families were sat at a more of a community type table seating. I was at the end of one table facing a family of 5. Which could be a little awkward for some. Then when they left, a single man was seated right next to us and was sneezing u controllably while blowing his nose… He was less than 2ft away from us!

After looking at reviews I expected more. No carnivore starter options. Had to settle for a 10 ounce steak as an appetizer and another for a main. Well prepared but hardly sufficient for a grown man. Partner had the pressed chicken that was dry. If they catered for meat eaters by having a carnivore appetizer and more substantial steak I'd return. Service and ambiance very nice.

There are so few places that serve Beef Wellington in NYC — The Press Club Grill is one of them, and they do it brilliantly. My cohort and I started the night with the hot dog, which is colossal enough to qualify as a meal in itself and comes with an order of perfectly cooked fries. The cocktails are delicious (the Page Turner is like a slightly sweeter, more floral Gibson that actually paired beautifully with dessert!), the service is impeccable, the room is lovely... couldn't ask for more.

The service here is excellent. The food is very good, with the exception of my filet mignon being a little over-done for medium. Perhaps a matter of preference. The black truffle butter and the JW potatoes are worth every penny. Can't wait to eat here again.

The dinner was fine, then I ordered a trio of sorbets for dessert. I don't know if they were making fun of me or what, but they instead brought me an ice cream on a stick, the exact same strawberry shortcake that the ice cream truck in front of the restaurant was selling. I left feeling humiliated.

So to start I ordered the steak tartare and there was the shrimp chips that didn't taste anything and the tartare really too spicy my friend took a plate of dough and it tasted way too much salt it dropped the salt in it my sister took the sea bass crudo at $18 I find it a bit expensive for 5 little things that fight in a duel in The plate But the service was good

Easily one of the best hotel bars I've ever been to - bar tenders and liquor selection top knotch! If you are in this part of NYC, stop in for excellent service, atmosphere and especially hospitality. Shout out to Kat and Paco!

Wow . What a location . Right on 32nd and broadway. Wish they had a better sign board outside .. doesn’t look like a restaurant and the board outside is too small. Actually the interiors are awesome and looks a huge restaurant . I just went to the bar to have a quick snack and drink. The bar was ok ? .. they didn’t have much of draft options . Beer was more expensive than other bars around . It was about 10-12$ ! They had only a few lagers. Tasted good . Service was good . Overall a good experience but slightly expensive ..

Excellent atmosphere to dine in NYC. My family and I really enjoyed the meal and received quality service throughout the evening. We would definitely come back.

Kid-friendliness: Excellent service! Delivered the best Shirley Temple for our 10-year old daughter.

Tourist trap. Overpriced and the avocado toast was one of the worst I've had in the city. Additionally, the staff was very rude, which further marred the visit. I would definitely not recommend this place.
