macros are bad, protein is way too low, the keto products use maltitol in place of sugar and maltitol has a glycemic index that is comparable to sugar. it's not actually low carb and not keto. marketing nonsense for people who do not know better. it's a nice treat, but nobody should eat this if their focus is getting good protein
After gastric bypass, I thought my days of enjoying cookies were over. Cue the protein bakery— I get my favorite treat back without the guilt!!! The cookies are so good, the protein makes me feel full and not interested in binging, and did I mention they are soooo good?! They are a God send, I live in RI and order them online, they come in 2 days tops. Can’t wait to come visit in NYC soon!!
