The Seville is a restaurant and bar with a calm and sexy atmosphere, often visited by people between 30-50. The bar offers live soul or jazz music from 7-10PM, with jazz nights being a highlight. The drinks are phenomenal, especially the Mary Rose and martinis, and the service is professional and friendly. The interior has a unique layout and is great for date night or just with friends, with clean bathrooms.
The restaurant stands out for its delicious food, particularly the ravioli, fish, and the buttery black cod, which is one of the best in the city. The beet salad, salmon sushi roll, and bread are also very tasty. Desserts are highly recommended. Additionally, there is a club downstairs and a private room that is to die for. However, the menu could benefit from more extensive food options and a rye whiskey selection. The food can be a little expensive, but the vibes make up for it.
