Cool spot to lounge at.
Although I am not likely to be VNYL’s usual demographic (white woman, over 70), I was meeting my daughter and friends there, and I have to say I was SO welcomed, and the waitress with long red hair and tats was kind and solicitous, taking such good care of me and then, when my daughter and friend arrived, so lovely. So thanks and 4 stars for welcoming, for strong drinks and for fab fish tacos!!!
amazing place, amazing staff! we love vnyl!!
I came here on my model friend's birthday and it was daylight saving. As i was thinking im arriving at 2am the clock jumped to 3am lol . So i had an hr to check out this place. It was fun. We danced and socialized and enjoyed our vip section on the 3rd floor. Great professional doorman and host at the door. I mentioned the name on the list and they found it right away after quickly checking my id and not making me wait. I probably would have thrown a fit if i arrive at a place and they making me wait lol. I know pretty bad from my part but they understand the vip experience. The bottle service was good.
I came here to celebrate my friends birthday at the vip bottle service area on the 3rd fl. It was great friendly and professional security guard, professional and friendly host and i enjoyed my 1 drink i hade. It was JD..
Small place. Been there 3 times, and probably wouldn't go back. This last time it was dead. Bought entrance tickets in advance, which they didn't even ask for. One bartender needs a major attitude adjustment. This time and the last, he was extremely rude, to myself & others. You're a bartender; learn how to be friendlier & more personable. Drinks are very overpriced. Menu needs more options..
They don’t offer food to buy and to me it looks nothing like the pics the advertised of the place and it not enough restroom... I mean it’s literally one women’s room and one men’s bathroom with one stall in each and this club has three floors and if you have to go u have to come all the way down to the 1st floor and if it’s full to capacity then u will have to wait in a long line just to use the bathroom
Security could be better I walked right in no one was at the door checking anything. The place itself is nice enough space on the first floor, second floor is nice and cozy for a more intimate setting.
This is not a restaurant, this is a night club!!!! Do not let the online menu fool you. Seating is couch style with coffee tables. We had a reservation for dinner and were told to "go find a seat" when we got there. There were no empty seats available. Finally they made someone else move to give us a seat (which made us feel terrible) and then told us there was a private event and asked if we wanted to stay. We decided to leave after all of the trouble. Check out the Penny Farthing, that is just across the street, they were amazing!

Was here recently for a Chemistry Read Audition for a part in a Romeo and Juliet production. Beautiful space. I would return with friends for a night out. I walked from Penn Station. Was easy to find on foot.
Nice Event party space. This particular party occupied 3 of the 4 levels, each with a different vibe. The downside for me was the bar automatically adds 20% gratuity to make a drink and pass across the bar. There are no bar seats or table/booth service. Makes me wonder if this a standard practice or based on the clientele, ummm... Plus the 4th level blond bartender had a less than friendly attitude. Why would anyone want to tip her 20%?
Cool spot. Yall need hookah service and better waiter service for the food
The inside of the place is soo beautifully designed, it could be a great spot for a date if you’re just getting beer or wine. We came here for cocktails and food during happy hour and unfortunately both were disappointing. The two draft cocktails we got both tasted pretty bad. Mine like a crystal lite packet —a cheap chemically sugar taste overpowered it. For food, we got the chicken and waffle tacos and the mushroom tacos. While deliciously sauced, the waffle shell fell apart the moment you touched it, almost seemed like a prank. By my third bite it was entirely crumbled. The mushroom tacos seemed unfinished, they needed a sauce or something to add wetness.
PROS: This place looked kind of upscale. Multiple rooms, appearance of a high end club, lots of places to sit and enjoy socializing. This place has space for events like karaoke along with a room meant for just dancing. The food tasted great and the music was up to date.
