If you have not been here you should come pay tommy bahama restaurant on fifth ave a visit! The food i cant even put into words. the quality of the food 5 stars does not do it justice the chefs really know how to make each dish touch your taste buds and take them where they have never been! I had the ahi poke app recommended by luis as well as the grapefruit basil martini which was just heavenly and both paired so well! virginia the manager is running this location like a rock star! she has brought on the right team players such as luis with his knowledge of great food great drinks and he just knows how to make the vibe and experience incredible! jose was great too! not sure if musician will see this but he was performinng and whatever tommy bahama invested in him was worth every cent his vocals and instrument playing enganced the dining experience thank you 5th ave tommy bahama restaurant for such a wonderful experience i cannot wait to return over and over again!

We love dining here for lunch and dinner. Food is consistently delicious and portion size is perfect. The pain killer cocktail is no longer on the menu but you can still order it. The bartender in NYC makes one of the best we've ever had. We're always happy to see him working in the afternoon. We highly recommend the lobster bisque. It is so flavorful and a delicious start. I often enjoy the fish dishes but opted for the burger this time. It was delicious with all of the toppings and the fries were piping hot and crisp. The atmosphere is refreshing and service is always great. We hope you enjoy your dining experience as much as we do!

I had dinner here a while ago during the winter season and I’ve gotta handed to this place that it is the biggest Tommy Bahama Restaurant that there is! Also mentioned the outstanding service of both the restaurant and the retail team, the cooks are great at what they do and the way the restaurant is designed, it is very unique in its spot in Downtown Manhattan.

Food was once again amazing. Had the Macadamia nut crusted fresh catch. The live Music also made such a great vibe.

The host made the rudest comment about one of my guests appearances and how they must need a kids menu bc of how small they were and when we corrected him he just kept going. I was mortified. On top of that the service was terrible. Took 15 min to be greeted, forgot our drinks and I had to get up and walk to the bar to ask for the bill. On top of that my $30 salad was flavorless. I won't be returning.

Great food. Hidden gem! Try the mahi mahi tacos and corn/shrimp dumplings if they are available.

i just want to commend the staff. extremely helpful, attentive and kind. dealt with food allergies very carefully. food was delicious. everyone enjoyed.

Started out a bit rough because they were busy but the manager Virginia made this experience 10/10 and I will be back. Go to this bar for a great happy hour! You won’t regret.

The food was delicious! The waiter was not attentive. We were celebrating my sister's birthday, which was in the reservation and manager aware of, but the waiter made no recognition of it. Disappointed 🙁 If you make a reservation near closing time, don't expect service with a happy heart. Our waiter was visibly relieved when we asked for our check.

Went for dinner. Service was terrible: no fork (had to chase down waiter); never asked if I wanted a second ice tea; water brought only once to table. Tuna tar tar was mediocre.

Good food. We had lunch with family. The service was satisfactory but the ambiance was excellent. The food is probably Caribbean style but delicious and well portioned. Good place if you like sea food.
