The food was delicious and expertly prepared. What I especially appreciated was that it was not oily. They have lots of vegetarian options and we enjoyed trying some of the Nepalese style dishes. We had the vegetable momo dumplings, black dal, coco rice, salt lassi, naan and carrot halwa. Everything was wonderful. The service was efficient and polite. We were there on a Saturday night and it was not crowded or noisy. We would definitely go back there.

Our food was amazing. We got the Samosas, chicken chow mein, lamb Rogan Josh, chicken tikka masala, and a Nepali bahadi lamb dish…I can’t even explain to you how tender all the meat was. The spices were fresh and very flavorful. The spice levels (heat) of the dishes were customizable and came out perfectly. We came as 4 adults and 5 children under 7 and the hosts were so gracious to our group. We will absolutely be back!

Dietary restrictions: We have a few dairy dietary restrictions that the servers were very willing to accommodate with specially prepared individual meals!

Just LOVE IT! I was craving Indian cuisine. I walked in as soon as they opened with my mom and 2 kids. Everything that we ordered was so good! You will finish the whole dishes. Left over doesn’t make sense in this restaurant. Definitely going back here again. Family&kids friendly and service was awesome.

Peshwari Naan was the best naan I have ever had in life. Sure it was a little sweet but they were incredible. You might order just that with some raitha, they were so good.Pahaadi chicken was good . Rich and chicken was succelent but the marination to be more thorough. outPS. Fair warning. It's an alcohol free zone. :)

A hidden treasure in midtown West. The food is excellent. The service is helpful and friendly. Though they have yet to obtain a liquor license, the food more than makes up for what you might miss in libations.

Food is amazingly delicious, took us right back to our India and Nepal. The staff were super kind and helpful. They even replaced a noodle dish that was slightly too spicy for the kids with a mild one, for no charge, plus added 2 desserts on the house.Definitely worth the visit!

Although there was much hype about this place me and my family did not wnjoy the food that much.Star was of course the momos and sauces .Drinks were good too .The chicken grill had a pinkish texture and didn't taste great, biryani lacked flavor .Atmosphere and service is good.

I had the Veggie Momos and they were extremely dry. There was no broth inside and the spices were pretty bland as well. I was excited to have momos for the first time in a few years and was disappointed with my experience. That being said, the staff was lovely and the restaurant is clean. I wish them luck and hope that it was a one-time fluke or that they improve their recipe.

Vegetarian options: A lot of vegetarian options. The one I got was not very good, but I hope they will improve.

We went here on Saturday evening with a group of Friends and it was a great experience. We ordered a couple of appetizers and a few main dishes, which were very flavorful and freshly made. Service was excellent plus the location is near the central park very convenient. We will be visiting soon again.

We passed by this hidden gem a few months ago and after chatting with Raj, the owner, we decided to give it a try. As lovers of Indian food, we found the dishes to be superb. Flavorful, freshly prepared, and cooked and seasoned to perfection. The service is such that you would expect from a five-star gourmet establishment, with an abundance of staff frequently checking to ensure that each course has been prepared exactly to your liking. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming with soft, cushioned seats and plenty of booths resulting in a private, secluded dining experience anywhere you are seated. We will return frequently - make sure you say hello to Raj when you’re there!

Nestled in the heart of Midtown NYC, I stumbled upon a hidden treasure - a haven for Nepali flavors. This serves up the best Nepali momo in the area. These little pockets of joy are juicy, bursting with a perfect blend of spices that dance on your palate. The sauce accompanying them is pure magic, enhancing each bite. Whether you prefer steamed or chili momo, both are equally delicious and unforgettable.Their chowmein is another star on the menu, a flawless fusion of perfect spices and authentic Nepali taste. It's a delightful journey for your taste buds, leaving you craving more. And let's not forget the khaja set, a platter that's a true Nepali delight. It's a symphony of flavors, offering a glimpse into the diverse and rich culinary culture of Nepal. In a city known for its diverse cuisine, this place manages to stand out with its exceptional Nepali offerings. If you're in Midtown and craving a taste of Nepal, this is the place to be. Prepare for a flavor-packed adventure that will leave you coming back for more.

I’ve gotten takeout from this restaurant twice now, and both times the food was excellent. The pakoras and butter chicken were especially delicious. I plan to order takeout from this restaurant again since I liked the food so much and it is reasonably priced.

I went here recently, and my life has literally been changed by this restaurant!! It was my first time trying papad (free) and it was actually so flavorful that my boyfriend (who’s had papad before) agreed it was the amazing papad. The mango chutney went really well with it too, but I could honestly just eat papad by itself. It was that good. And then there were the chili momos, which were life changing! It was also my first time trying them, and the sweet spicy flavor was so addicting!! If you get anything, I would definitely recommend ordering them. There also is another dish in the second photo (of which I cannot remember it’s name) but it was also good.Overall, the pricing for this meal came out to about $21/person for two people, which I think is very reasonable :)
