We are always treated like VIPs when we eat at this wonderful Gem of the restaurant. We live in the neighborhood and is our go-to special place to eat on the weekends. Staff is fantastic and good always outstanding. Thank you to the staff if Villa Berulia.

What a gem—the minute I walked into Villa Berulia, it was like I was transported back to a better time and place...where even if you're a stranger, they treat you like family. I was over an hour early for our reservation, and after traveling several hours, had a dying phone—but the hostess sat me immediately in a sweet corner by an outlet and everyone let me sip wine and read while waiting for my date, never once questioning why he was late. If you want to pay to be conveniently comfortable disregarding a true foodie experience , this is the place.
It caught my attention after reading several reviews in TripAdvisor, over there people gush about their “outstanding service, delicious food and very reasonable prices for NYC”. I don’t know, I do t think they’ve eaten out in the city a lot because to me it rings like tourist talk, doesn’t it?
