Their chicken and fries are soooo good and so many sauces and flavors to choose from.
two of the three times I have come in the order has been wrong. the food is about a two out of 10 Stars. the time they take to fulfill the orders is almost like a sit-down restaurant time. I give them a total of two stars out of 10
My boneless wings were the size of quarters literally so small. There was way too much cheese on my garlic parm wings, I mean mounds of it. And my corn was literally frozen. Terrible experience… 😔
DO NOT order food from here. Waited for 2 hours while the manager and employee got into a heated argument.

I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.
Garbage food! Especially your tenders! Just FROZEN garbage tenders from one of the big food service companies. If HARDEES can make a decent tender why can’t you?
wings weren't tossed in the sauce, just sloppily thrown in, fries came loose in the bag and without any seasoning. everything was cold (but it is winter, so that's at least somewhat expected). mediocre at best, not worth the almost $30 i spent. will probably not be ordering from here again.

Genuinely DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. You are better off saving your money, you’ll go hungry either way. The food won’t show up and you’ll wait on hold for 45 mins.

The guy got the order wrong . Half of order is missing and when i called they asked me to go back to get the order or a refund. But i was already home on January 4th which 17 degree forenheit .
Why should i go in person for a refund?! And they have delivery guys why they cant sed me the rest of my order?!

We ordered delivery today of two sandwiches and two diet cokes. One sandwich was fine, the other had a terribly burned bun. Instead of diet cokes, we got Dr. Peppers (which we couldn’t drink due to the sugar content). When I called to inquire about getting a credit on my next order, the cashier told me they couldn’t offer a credit. I pushed for a manager and she put me on hold, then hung up on me. I called back, waited on hold for a long time and, when the same cashier answered, she said they were too busy and I couldn’t speak with a manager. Order if you don’t mind throwing your money away on terrible food and awful service.

we spent $45 from Whipple location Hayward and requested well done received the order over cooked. Because I had no way to return the food they would not refund…
Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!
I have no clue why I got two vastly different sandwiches. But one was burnt, pretty obviously burned too, like you can’t look at that and be like “yeah that’s normal.” And that one was DRENCHED in sauce, like toooooo much sauce. I had to throw away half the bun and eat it with one bun. The other sandwich was perfectly fine. But man you’re rolling your dice when you come here.

The wings weren’t covered with sauce, the large fry basket was barely filled. This is the worst Wingstop I’ve been to.
