The food was plain, and not fresh at all I order chicken wings it taste bad and my daughter ordered chicken broccoli the chicken had a weird texture. If you're looking for under-the-budget and fresh this isn't the place to go. Sorry!
It is not a cozy environment, it's an order and go restaurant for fast Chinese food. Dishes are great, but they take cash only. This is a little daunting sometimes, but they have an ATM machine for you too. Get the cash to pay for your food. Because it's so quick, they do a great turnover business. I recommend it for their good food.

Their Cash only policy sucks. I refuse to insert my card in their ATM that might be rigged to clone cards. I find 7 bucks, young guy wants 8.75, asked for wings only....7 dollars for 4???? And he rathered lose 7 and a customer over 1.75.
