The spinach Knish was surprisingly delightful. The knish is comprised of a potato base and it's very very light, airy, and fluffy which makes it extremely easy to eat. It reminds me strongly of comfort food, which I'm sure it. It's super enjoyable but in an extremely simple way!
Our tour guide recommended this place, and I'm so glad we stopped by. They offer a variety of both savory and sweet knishes, making it difficult to choose just one. We ended up trying the potato knish, and it was absolutely worth it.

A friend who lives in NY recommended this place, and I absolutely loved it. Too bad they didn't have their branded t-shirts in stock when I visited. Will definitely come back on my next trip.
