Alright, so picture this: I've gone through another hellish day, classes back to back from 9 am to 8 pm. Tired, I'm walking out of campus when I remember I need to get food for me and my roommate. Outta stuff to make at home, so something outside's gotta do it. Everywhere else is pretty much closed. In a hurry, I see this place and order something. Think to myself, "pretty sure this place closes at 9." Well, turns out, the place closes at 8! Silly me, I just came in, ordered something, and didn't remember the proper closing time. I was pretty tired and a wee stupid.
And yet, despite it all, they make my order. For that, I'm giving these BAMFs all the stars. They could have just kicked me out! But they didn't even mention the closing time until I realized. I apologized a bunch and thanked them after.
Now, I ain't telling y'all to rush to this place past the last minute. That was stupid of me. It's a dumb thing to do to any restaurant. But if this ain't NYC kindness, I dunno what is. Sorry for the trouble, I'll be sure to keep the time in mind next time.

In my opinion it is the best ramen near Columbus Circle, it is like a hidden gem inside the Underground Market. I have ordered fried pork chop ramen several times and it is always delicious. I've also tried dumplings and bowls, but nothing beats ramen.

Very quick and great food. Good place to go to if you have places to be later/in a rush. Had the pork over rice and the portion was decent. Also tried the ramen with tonkatsu and I liked the broth, but there was a lot of fat in the pork. Other than that, pretty solid food. Would come

I’m literally crying, I went to this restaurant with a Caucasian friend of my. I was the only black person in the restaurant at the time. The guy marking sushi was so irritated by my presence. He tossed my food at me. I thanked him because I wasn’t aware but when the lady next to me thanked him, he said you’re welcome in a kind way. She was white!!I didn’t make anything of it when I got up and got more food and he toasted it to me. I said thank you, but he walked away. A black man came into the restaurant and ordered food every movement that he made. The guy would look at him, I think he was scared that he would steal.After that, I started to notice that when I got up, he would look at me! I think to make sure I wasn’t doing anything. When me and my friend left she turned around and waved him goodbye, she said thank you. He was super kind to her and told her bye.I understand that there may be many people that disturb the restaurant and try to take food, but it is incredibly disrespectful to put people into a small group. All customers need to be respected and treated equally.I can’t help but think does he not have a mother a sister or daughter? would he want them to be treated like that? I went into the restaurant, feeling happy, and left, feeling dirty and unworthy.

Ordered a teriyaki chicken bento today ($16+). It was basically boiled shredded chicken breast drizzled with teriyaki sauce. Chicken was too hard to chew. I ended up eating the side dishes and throw the rest away. Terrible. That’s not teriyaki chicken.
