“My review might be a little bit late, but I visited this restaurant back in 2016 during a trip from Australia to Barbados.
During my overnight layover in Toronto, a really nice Canadian friend of mine offered to pick me up from the airport and take me to Niagara Falls to show me around. It was my first time in Canada, and while we were there, she took me to this restaurant. It was late at night and the food was amazing!
It was the first time I had ever eaten a burger with an egg in the bun, and I absolutely loved it. The portions were massive, and after that, I started making burgers with fried eggs in them myself. 😂
The staff were also really cool and in good spirits, especially considering they were working at that time of the night.
This was the only time I have ever been to Canada, and this restaurant and Tim Hortons at the airport the next morning were the only two places I ate while I was there.
Sadly, the friend who took me to this restaurant passed away a couple of years later. I believe it was in 2019. Because of that, I have very fond memories of this place, and it holds a special place in my heart.
Whenever I return to Toronto in the future, I will make it a mission to come back here.

“If it's late and you're in need of sustenance, I recommend. It was a little busy and our food took way longer than I would want (around 45 min). The waitress apologized to us and multiple other tables for the wait. She was nice. My burger was burnt on the bottom...I didn't mind since it was around 1a and I was starving. It was what I would expect from a low staffed Denny's at 1a.“
