Often the staff is unapologetically rude. The food is subpar compared to many locations. I constantly had to complain about half full containers of Mac and their rice and beans, cold fries and chicken. SORRY FOR THESE PRICES SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE!

I've been to several Popeyes all over the country and they're not exactly who comes to mind when I think about great customer service, which is why this experience stood out so much. Everyone was professional, and seemed like they actually wanted to be there. No attitudes, no drama, no employees looking annoyed at customers or each other, just people doing their jobs. The food is great. I can't say if their biscuits.are good or not as I have never gotten one (even though the menu says they are included in meals). Also several times not I get told there is a wait for something AFTER I have paid and asked if that's alright. No, but you already charged me so I guess I do have to wait.
