Very overpriced for the amount of food that you get. The steak was so tough I couldn’t even chew it up and very dry. Service was very minimal. We came here for our last evening in Niagara Falls with the kiddos and was very dissatisfied and disappointed. Had to go to Moes after we went here because we was all still hungry after paying a $190 bill for 5 ppl at Rainforest cafe and 2 of the meals was kids meals. If you wanna save $$ and tastebuds go somewhere else
Best kids entertainment and dining in Niagara Falls, NY.
Horrible service. Had to ask for water multiple times before waitress brought it out. She forgot to order one of our burgers so we had to wait an extra 20 minutes for it to come out. Everyone was already finished eating when it came out. Manager on duty today refused to take the charge off the bill because the burger was eaten. Would only give 10% off. Will never return!!!

Rainforest Cafe offers a mix of experiences. The main attractions are the jungle theme and jungle sounds with animatronic animals and a gift shop for kids. While some found the food delicious and amazing, like the primal steak, mashed potatoes, and ginormous nachos, others felt it was average, okay but overpriced, and lacking in flavor. The BBQ bacon burger was a standout. The service stood out positively, with amazing, friendly and attentive staff who make an extra effort. The attached arcade added to the fun experience. Overall, it's a good theme restaurant for people to bring their kids and a place worth trying at least once for the unique atmosphere.
