We bought extra large coffees in St. Catharines and ordered sweetener because the people drinking them are diabetic. They put sugar instead. I went to this drive through to let them know and they told me I had to go back to St. Catharines because people try to “scam free coffees” from them. I told him that I have the coffees here to hand in to him but he said that he couldn’t take them due to Covid. Ever since this timmies was sold it is by FAR the WORST tim hortons good luck getting a good coffee, had to switch to McDonald's. What a disgrace to the Tim Hortons name.
