I do not understand how my coffee is screwed up about 7 times out of 10. So I order a large coffee 2 cream 1 Splenda and a shot of Carmel. Why, why, why is it so hard to put the Carmel in? You don’t forget to charge me for it. You read the screen and you make the coffee according to what it says. How hard is it really?????
