Disappointing experience at this location on March 20 around 10 AM.
We purchased two Cadbury Egg donuts along with several other items, expecting to be charged the advertised price of $2.49 each. However, we were charged $2.99 per donut. When we brought this to the attention of the manager, she informed us that the pricing on display was incorrect and declined to provide a reimbursement.
What was more concerning was the way the situation was handled. Rather than acknowledging the issue or taking steps to correct it, she stated that it wasn’t her fault. When I suggested updating or removing the incorrect signage to prevent confusion for other customers, she responded rudely and offered to cross it out and handwrite the price. Mistakes can happen, but accountability and professionalism matter. This interaction left a poor impression and did not reflect the level of customer service I would expect.

Ive tried this location over multiple different stays and have asked for remakes. Their remakes are as bad as the first time. Tired of getting flavorless tea from here. The water is never hot enough to steep anything, so I end up drinking plain hot water with a hint of tea bag. I’ve tried giving them chances with remakes, and their Steeped Tea flavor is always way off. Easily the worst tea location.

I never experienced such a rude manager who treated her employees very disrespectful. Her attitude showed lack of patience towards customers and her co workers. The server Olivia was super nice enough to conduct professionalism while her manager Muskan showed unprofessionalism and conducted bad behavior in front of all the customers. This is a bad Tim's to even consider to be have a good review. Trust me. You want to go to a place where respect and admiration and kindness are shown..and this place is thumbs down . Only. The server Olivia deserves the total respect as she was super kind to not affect her behavior cause of this certain individual manager Muskan!

Not enough staff or food selection and it was only 6 30 at night.
There are a handful of Tim Horton coffee shops around Niagara Falls including this location in the food court area of the Fairview casino & shopping mall. Seems this is a 24 hour branch, there is food court seating a plenty. Otherwise, take your coffee and donut orders out towards the nearby lookout points for the falls. My Americano tasted as expected. In the end, you know what you are getting with Tim Hortons, I found the same to be the case with this branch which is conveniently located if you are visiting the Niagara for the day, arriving early and looking for a cup of black and perhaps a quick bite to eat before walking over to the falls.
