I used to come to this location but not anymore after today. I couldn’t believe the way that the person behind the drive-thru spoke to me this morning. It’s one thing if you can’t hear me but to have a bad attitude and act very condescending is not right. I order the same thing everyday... it’s one thing if you don’t have it but to treat me poorly is so inappropriate and not okay!!!!! I regret buying anything there today after how I was treated. The Caramel Ice Capp and Tim bits are always a hit, despite the occasional long wait. Previously rated poorly, the new management seems to have turned things around, earning a solid three stars.
