Always a treat. Some of the dishes are straight from the depths of my memories growing up in France (anchovies on buttered bread, aioli…), just more refined and perfectly executed. Others are inventive and refined takes on classics. Several are perfect to share. Host and chef are lovely people and focused on delivering a wonderful dining experience.

We drive 90 minutes from Manhattan to enjoy the cuisine at Cenadou! Everything is delicious- from the aoli veggies, panisse, foie and terrine to mussels, duck, fish and steak frites - the best dessert is the millet-feuille, which is the BEST we’ve had outside of Paris! Order ahead as they only make 2-4 a night 😋

The food was good, but not great. We had 3 apps, 2 entrees and a dessert, and nothing blew me away. I was really hoping to love this place, but its truly good and not great. I will say the service was impeccable.
