“Darin, the owner is a very nice lady. I discovered this place in 2021 when the local police officer said they have the best food in town, especially the best burger.

As a SAIL or I choose to come to the town dock from time to time to get some things in town that are very convenient. Nick behind the bar Megan Tiffany are all very personable and quick to serve.

I foolishly has as old man walked out the door without paying my bill on a Tuesday. I had come back and paid with cash on Wednesday and Thursday Daren the owner connected with me to make sure I knew I totally forgot. She could not have been any nicer!“

“Our experience with Jocelyn on Aug 30th was so good it was worthy of a review. Very rarely do we come across an employee at a fast casual restaurant that makes our experience amazing. She was extremely busy but yet she still had a big smile, spoke beautifully, gave us her full attention and treated us with respect. She did not give us an attitude when we asked for an item to be subbed out on a burger and multitasked quickly and effectively while putting orders together. Before we left, we noticed they had a seasonal pumpkin shake that sounded interesting. We asked if we could try it to see if we liked it. We did not know it wasn't pre-made. She quickly, happily, shifted gears and made a small sample from scratch. Most people would not have bothered as that was a lot of work to do (and clean up). We were very impressed and grateful. She deserves recognition as we left there with good feelings and a desire to have that delicious shake. We called the store and expressed our impressions with the assistant manger. We hope it gets back to her and that she gets the credit she deserves (hopefully a raise).

The only reason I didn't give the food 4 stars was that the fries were not fully cooked and soggy.“

“I live far from here about, 15 to 20 minutes and I never had their burgers until I picked up for them for my job, UBER EATS. I'm a driver, and I walked into a savoring, flavorful, grill burning aroma (burgers on the grill) and I had to order for myself , I couldn't resist, even though the route was out of the way. “Vauxhall has been one of our favorite places for a burger or the fried chicken sandwich. Yesterday, 5//7/24… we went for a late lunch. I decided to try the new Double Smash burger. It was by far, the best burger I’ve ever had. My wife had her usual, the fried chicken sandwich. We’ve never had anything but a great meal and drink at our favorite Huntington haunt.“

“I was greeted by the most pleasant, professional young lady named Ayanna. She immediately brought us to the table of our choice and then inform us that she would also be our server. She did not leave until she informed us of menu options that she thought we might be interested in and asked us if there was anything that we needed right away. When I told her to give us a little bit of time, she pleasantly agreed and did hesitate to frequently check on us to see if she could meet our needs. I ordered a cocktail for myself and a drink for my son, who accompanied me, and we placed our dinner order. Our food was served promptly and it was hot and delicious. Throughout dinner, she checked on us frequently to ensure we had everything that we needed. She also made pleasant conversation which I greatly appreciated as this was my first time at an Applebee’s location. She has gained you a customer for life. “Holy smokes…literally! Dare I say the best BBQ I’ve ever had in New York? I’ve had ridiculous BBQ all over the country. This brisket is LEGIT!!! Maybe a top 2 or top 3 brisket I ever had. Passed the tug test with flying colors! If I had to nitpick anything it would only be a slight lack of a smoke ring? But the smoky flavor was definitely there and juicy AF! Space is sweet. Grabbed the nice nook. Books to page and lots of local CSA, farm stand, bird/wildlife pamphlets to check out.

I’m so happy we spotted this on our “near me” search and stopped by. Wish I was back tomorrow (SUN) for the pierogi.

The owner is very passionate about what he does. The people that work there are as friendly as can be. They make an excellent pizza. All the food is good Even the desserts, try the Saint Joseph’s !

And for the person that commented about the drive-through window. It’s actually been there for years and years because it was a hamburger place prior to Marcos Called Burger Haven, sort of like a drive-in now converted into a pizzeria so when the owner bought the place, what was he going to do seal the window? lol that would be a bad business move. It’s actually convenient for most people that want to pick up a pie. I am from Brooklyn and I know good pizza and his pizza in the area is one of the best at a reasonable price. He makes a good crust & if you’re feeling adventurous, Try the clam pie. It’s very very good.“

“The food was just OK. The price of the little burgers is crazy expensive. The chicken rings are normally pretty good, this time they lacked flavor. Service was so, so, couldn't hear the person taking our order, so had no repour when she did interact with us, didn't even ask if we wanted sauces. For a bag of cheese burgers 10 baby burgers, and a bag of chicken rings and a small fish nuggets was like $30. Never see anyone in the restaurant. The night we went there was only 1 car in line.“
