“I don’t usually leave reviews but I just had to in this case. Pantano’s of Plainview catered my baby shower this past weekend. The food was amazing!! Three days later and I'm still getting texts complimenting the food. Gian Luca and his staff made everything so so easy, from the amount of food I would need to what to actually order to the sides and extra sauces; everything was perfect. With such a busy day, that was one thing I didn't have to worry and stress about. I highly recommend!“

I parked and went inside to the mobile order section, I was ignored for a few minutes until I went to the cashier. I explained the situation. “Best hamburger hotdog place that serves great beer near Hosfstra University. Every time I go with my wife to visit our son who is at Hofstra despite trying to go to different venues to grab a bite before we head back to Jersey. We always end up at black label because the food is so good, the service is great the people are very friendly and the service is quick. If you’re in Hempstead or Westbury and looking for a good burger, good hotdog in a simple atmosphere black label is my first choice.“

“I have been going to NGBJ since they opened and they continue to produce excellent food and provide top-notch customer service. The staff is great and the place is always clean! Pop's Burger and Farmer Kev are my favorites burgers and I also have to give a shout out to the Nacho Average Salad in the restaurant. The Double Smash Burger from the food truck is amazing! “Vauxhall has been one of our favorite places for a burger or the fried chicken sandwich. Yesterday, 5//7/24… we went for a late lunch. I decided to try the new Double Smash burger. It was by far, the best burger I’ve ever had. My wife had her usual, the fried chicken sandwich. We’ve never had anything but a great meal and drink at our favorite Huntington haunt.“

“Never had been here prior didn’t know what to expect but figured it’d be an average burger joint. I didn’t realize it has been there as long as it has. I was absolutely blown away by how good the burger was and how fresh the meat was. It was clearly never frozen and the taste was remarkable. I can’t wait to find my “Wayback” for another burger!“

“Went in for breakfast. Our server was decent. Walked away as I was finishing telling him my order, which came out ICE COLD & WRONG!!!! I requested a ham, COOKED/SAUTÉED ONION & American cheese omelet, fries and RYE toast with crispy bacon. My omelet was well done, the onions RAW, fries were ice cold my bacon was not cooked and not there had to tell the runner, and my toast was marble. All this for OVER &50.00!!! The server came by, we were basically finished. Asked how everything was. How would he or the runner know our order. Neither one looked at the order. NEVER AGAIN!!!“

I was intreged with the bogo burger deal and ordered from seamless. the burgers were still hot and juicy when they arrived and fries with garlic, rosemary and olive oil were honestly the best fries Ive ever had plus the Brussels sprouts were amazing!! “A big Shout out to GUSTOSO’s Pizzeria for hosting my sister’s 29th birthday celebration. I absolutely adored the family vibe that you feel as soon as you walk in. This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Huntington now :blush:. Owners allowed us to bring our own décor. The food was fantastic and no matter what we ordered we were delighted with our meal! But if you ask me the Chicken Alla Vodka was DELICIOUS! Special thanks to Jasmine our server, she was such a pleasure to be around, very efficient, happy, and polite. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a small friendly place that will make it a memorable experience to the ones you love.“

“A very well seasoned cheeseburger with some thin sliced onion, tomato, pickle, lettuce on top. Burger came with some sort of house sauce as well, very good flavor, might be salty for some. Burger not cooked to order so if you are a medium rare or rare burger person you can skip this place. Bun was one of the best parts, very fresh and soft and held together throughout the meal. Did not opt for fries or a drink.“

The smashed grass fed beef burger and the organic turkey burger with New York State smoked Gouda are wholesome food I yearn for every week. Other wholesome goodies are carrot ginger soup and locally grown organic baby kale salad with a to-die-for homemade dressing. Round this out with freshly made beer pretzels, a piece of apple cake and a craft beer or a glass of wine. It’s a place you’ll want to visit time and again!“

“Nice local spot, has been around for over 10yrs too, local neighborhood place. Sit and have a drink at the bar or bar tables... or take a table for your meal. We did both. The drinks were good, the apps were good: wings nice sweet heat and crispy, the dumplings & fried mozzarella both the typical flavor and didn't stand out but still enjoyable, as for the stuffed clams, kinda the usual all bread little clam( what were we thinking). Our meals were overall good too; the chicken cordon bleu came pre sliced not as hot as I would like though, a little dry lacking enough cheesy center, yet it was still tasty, and on the other hand the marinated skirt steak was enjoy by two others in our party, full of flavor cooked correctly and very tender. All sides of rice and broccoli were a nice complement to our entrees. (one less star for the maraschino cherries in our old fashion and the waitress with zero personality) note: the table was well serviced though; waters filled regularly, bread replenished, plates cleared!“

I buy about 5 chicken burgers a week from them, 4 out of 5 times they ARE a little tough, as they probably have been sitting out for a while.

The Spicy Hot Chicken Meal, is excellent. You just need lots of sauce for it, as it is dry rub. Great for the price.

Mashed potatoes are amazing, just wish there was more gravy, and the biscuits lacked flavor. But great consistency, temp and quality.“
