“I stopped by Smashburger for my usual no-fuss order: a classic cheeseburger, fries, and a soda. Once again, it delivered. The cheeseburger was satisfying, the fries hit the spot, and the whole meal was easily a cut above what I get at most other burger places.
What really keeps me coming back, though, is the staff. They’re consistently attentive, genuinely sweet, and make a quick burger run feel far more welcoming than it has any right to. Great food, kind people, and a reliably solid classic—hard to ask for much more from a burger spot.“

“I stopped by “That No Good Burger Joint” for lunch yesterday and extremely surprised at the customer service and the menu filled with options. I ordered a triple smash cheeseburger with the fries and washed it all down with 2 flat tires. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friend and family and would plan to go back soon. The burger was cooked to perfection and the fries were just right. The server was extremely attentive and made sure my and my cousin were well taken care. I would give this restaurant a 10/10 no question.“

“Best hamburger hotdog place that serves great beer near Hosfstra University. Every time I go with my wife to visit our son who is at Hofstra despite trying to go to different venues to grab a bite before we head back to Jersey. We always end up at black label because the food is so good, the service is great the people are very friendly and the service is quick. If you’re in Hempstead or Westbury and looking for a good burger, good hotdog in a simple atmosphere black label is my first choice.“

“As a former executive chef, and hospitality professional I’ve learned to manage expectations in fast casual restaurants. Well, to my surprise, Burger Village exceeded all expectations . Arriving for a movie 90 minutes early gave us time to find a place to eat. I had reviewed the few options and Burger Villages natural menu seemed like a great choice. We were greeted (by one of the owners) and promptly met with a smiling server. Drinks, yes. Natural coke, iced tea. Then dinner. One turkey burger with sweet potato fries and one specialty burger with their house sauce and my favorite waffle fries. Both arrived hot and the burger juicy. Both cooked exactly as requested. My medium rare was perfect. Unfortunately, I didn’t anticipate the “heat” or spice of the sauce. Pria, the owner asked if everything was okay. This was a good sign. I mentioned the heat and she insisted on remaking the burger without the sauce asap. She said - “I want you to have a great experience “ wow - in all my years of coaching hospitality professionals I rarely saw this level of care and concern flow so organically. Bravo - we ate, we paid, we promised to come back. A perfect example of owners who care, a team to responded to a challenge and a process at work to overcome challenges. 10 out of 10. I was intreged with the bogo burger deal and ordered from seamless. the burgers were still hot and juicy when they arrived and fries with garlic, rosemary and olive oil were honestly the best fries Ive ever had plus the Brussels sprouts were amazing!! Can't wait to be hungry again and order more!!“

“Some of the best French fries I've ever had! Worth the visit for the fries alone. Burger is a true smash burger, done right in every way. Milkshake was a joke and contained 90% milk but the food makes up for it. Great customer service.“

“I had the chicken and lamb platter, and my friends had the chicken sandwich, Mac & cheese, and gyro wrap. We all left very happy. The platter was delicious, and everything was super fresh. Inside was also very clean, and the people friendly. I look forward to coming back!! Also, very fair pricing in today’s economy 🙂“

“Went in for breakfast. Our server was decent. Walked away as I was finishing telling him my order, which came out ICE COLD & WRONG!!!! I requested a ham, COOKED/SAUTÉED ONION & American cheese omelet, fries and RYE toast with crispy bacon. My omelet was well done, the onions RAW, fries were ice cold my bacon was not cooked and not there had to tell the runner, and my toast was marble. All this for OVER &50.00!!! The server came by, we were basically finished. Asked how everything was. How would he or the runner know our order. Neither one looked at the order. NEVER AGAIN!!!“

“I have ordered from this restaurant several times and have always been pleased with the turkey burgers and fries. I also tried a salted caramel shake which was very good. Food tastes fresh and is reasonably priced. I recently had an experience with them where they provided exceptional customer service. It left a lasting impression on me. Good customer service is far and few in between in this day and age. Nice to see some places care about the service they provide. I will continue to be a repeat customer. Kudos!“

“Was hungry, so I went out by myself.
Ordered 1/2 $ appetizers (10pm on).
- Chicken nuggets (Asian flavor)
- Chicken quesadilla
Nuggets were fine. Accompanying Ranch dressing was disappointing, so waitress brought me blue cheese dressing (better!)
Lost a star on the Quesadilla as the IRL version looked so unlike their advertised version. Will add photos for difference. Forgot to take IRL photo upon it/their arrivals, but you can definitely see the lack of advertised components.
Flavor was tasty, but lack of innards meant less filling, so I wound up ordering a second Quesadilla. (Though I took >50% home)
Tipped based on the full appetizer amount. My waitress was very nice, professional and helpful.“

“Tucked in a small shopping center on Hicksville Road, is this cozy place! We met another couple there for dinner and drinks. The food was excellent! We had the sauerbraten from the Octoberfest menu, the pot roast hero, and the schnitzel. Everything was fresh and tasty. The portions were generous, and the drinks were flowing. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. This was our first time here, but we’ll be back.“

“I stop by with a good friend of mine to introduce you to him our traditional Venezuelan food and he totally loved it!
C a r l o s waited us and he was able to explain difference in the arepas, he was on time when the serving us the food and paid attention to the details.
There is parking in the rear and you just walk through the front of the store.
We met L u i s the owner and shared with us that they started out in Brooklyn and this is his second location e w his wife.
Food was delicious!

“Decided to try the mobile drive-thru pickup line for the first time, and it couldn’t have been easier. My order was ready exactly when it said it would be, the pickup process was quick and seamless, and everything was fresh and made perfectly. “There's a decent selection of cookies available, all made from scratch in the shop, which is pretty incredible. The space is mostly bakery, with very little space up front for ordering and picking up. They have a couple of self order kiosks, and a tv with the options and prices right above. There's also a little display of the cookies by the register so you can see what they'll look like. Unfortunately there's no seating available, and they'll kick you out if you try to squat on the window ledge. Otherwise the staff is friendly, double checking orders and having a good time.“
