“It was a busy morning... my coworker and I stopped in to get coffee. There was a new person training. A women came acting very snarky over the amount of coffee she felt she needed in her cup. I watched them handle it with grace and kindness correcting the issue. Our coffees were made perfect and we just wanted to super lift up the staff- who even in a rush were kind to someone who was not! That's a winning crew. I would give a 10/10 if it was possible! ♡“
