Dunkin' Donuts in Vestal

“The workers are always the sweetest! I come here often as it is right next to my school. They have randomly upgraded my drinks, and one time I had to wait for my bagel (they ran out and had to bake more) and even though I agreed to wait, they gave me an order of hashbrowns and a frozen hot chocolate for free on top of my order. They are always on top of cleaning and restocking as well, and handle rushes like pros. They also always have great music playing, which is great for when I come here to study :)“

“Very busy college campus Dunkin inside the student union! You may have a rather decent wait time if going at peak times and after many classes release, but the service is great and all the staff are lovely. Everyone knows and loves Chad but the student staff are great as well. I’ve never had a poor experience going here (and I’m there rather often 😂)“

“I highly recommend this store if you want your food to be stale, under chooked, and best of all the lemon aid to have zero sugar. The primary language here is not English so everything gets lost in translation some where. They put the doughnuts back in the cooler when they start to get slimey and wet to get them to firm up and look edible. So yes everyone rush right over you should 10/10 Do Not Recommend.“

“I think the service could be a little bit better. The staff could be a little friendlier. Quite a few times my drink orders have been wrong but I can say every time I order food I have no issues always hot and made correctly it's just those coffees are almost always wrong. Nobody wants to start their day off with an incorrect coffee order“

“This used to be my favorite Dunks, then it seemed to be not real great employee/customer service-wise for quite a while and I was sad. Went today and saw new (friendlier!) faces, and was helped by a very nice employee. Hopefully trending back to how they used to be...clearly needed to get rid of some not good for business employees.“
