“Southside Dunkin is the best Dunkin around. They are friendly the service is crazy fast even when they are packed. If your life runs on Dunkin and you live around Elmira its the place to go or order ahead it will be ready when you get there every time!!!“
“Went late afternoon and bought a box of 25 pcs munchkins. Not as fresh as I hoped them to be.
Place is clean and plenty of free parking. The washroom and the tables are clean. However, the staffs are not as enthusiastic or probably they’re just tired because it’s late in the afternoon.“
“I ordered 2 drinks. One was a Macha and the other a Berry Protein Refresher. Neither one was stirred well. It left a strange taste in your mouth. There is also a gentleman (with reddish/auburn colored hair) who works there that doesn't know how to be kind, friendly, smile. He was not warm and welcoming at all. That was a tad off putting. Please be kind to your patrons.“
