“I liked their Halloween themed donuts no offense to Dunkin’ Donuts but I only use them when my local coffee shop is an open which happened to be today the service was OK I would say a five out of 10 they had to take my drink back and put work cream on it even though I asked for whip cream at the speaker when I made the order I got about my doughnut that I asked for at the original order and they did not make nor did they hear us apparently ask for a chai tea so we were in line an extra amount of time and my fiancé‘s card was charged twice once for my order of iced coffee and donuts and ones for his Chai tea“
“I placed a mobile order while in the parking lot. I hit order. The app said "Thank You!". I got out of the car and walked in. I see one coffee sitting on the mobile order shelf, but it couldn't be mine, I just ordered a minute ago. Sure enough, they made it that fast! And they didn't mess my drink up, which will happen from time to time. Great job ladies!?“
