Dunkin' Donuts in Cortland

“Good coffee ,my favorite 😍 donut a French culler,was old and hard a day old or they supposed to melt in my mouth,it was like a crunch,I still couldn't throw it away, sad but things happen 😢, I did not completely complain ,cause there was no more so I dealt with it. All 👍 good a nice clean establishment.“

“Just to be clear, this is a review of the Dunkin in the SUNY Cortland Student Union.

Perfectly fine Dunkin. Food tastes like any other Dunkin I've been to. They get a decent flow of people so the coffee seems to be fresh most of the time, and they're pretty friendly.

No drive-thru of course, things can get backed up, and the hours are a bit limited... but it's a campus Dunkin so this is pretty much par for the course.“

“Tabitha is honestly the only person at this Dunkin' who can make my special needs adult's sandwich correctly or even remotely close to how they actually like to eat it. That might sound like a small thing, but if you've ever cared for someone with specific needs around food, you know it's not small at all. Getting it wrong means a meal that gets refused, and that's a whole ordeal. As a former employee myself, I know exactly how things are supposed to go back there, which honestly makes me more critical, not less. I've had my fair share of frustrations with this location orders coming out wrong, drinks straight up missing from the bag, donuts that get forgotten and on a bad day it can drive me absolutely crazy. But Tabitha is different. She's the best GM of all the Cortland Dunkin' locations, hands down. What I really appreciate is that when a drink comes out wrong, she doesn't just quietly fix it herself and move on, she takes the time to actually train her employees on how to make it correctly, every time. That's leadership. She takes real pride in her location, and it shows. I haven't worked with her directly in almost a year at this point and only floated this location rarely, but I can say without hesitation that this location has improved wonders under her over that time. She always follows the measurements for drinks perfectly, and my drinks are consistently correct whenever she's on shift. Tab makes the best food and drinks at this Dunkin', every damn time, and she's the reason we keep coming back.“

“Sometimes I order ahead, sometimes I order in the drive thru. Either way I'm always met with great customer service and a smile. Highly recommend this place. They also make my drink right, sometimes other locations are a toss up, but this place is reliable

Vegetarian options: I loved when Dunkin offered the beyond sausage breakfast sandwich!What I get insead is an egg and white cheddar cheese on a croissant. Sometimes if I'm feeling fancy I'll add an extra egg.A multi grain bagel with cream cheese. The multi grain has a subtly sweet note to it.The egg and cheese wake-up wrap is alright but a little dry. Hash browns are also, always a quick option.My go to donuts are: glazed, blueberry glazed, or maple frosted.“
