“I don't usually get snacks or coffee, but I wanted a cold drink.
So, I had this whole experience.
First, the girl, named Davyne, was super patient. I had a lot of questions, she gave me a little bit of sample of the foam. Then she prepared my coffee. Let me tell you. Unbelievably delicious!

“usually i don’t get good customer service but today when i came to dunkin i came across a wonderful dunkin employee by the name of grace!! she was very sweet and very respectful towards me she’s very professional and greeted me with a smile. she’s very sweet and made my day so much better by using such kind words. i will definitely be coming back :)“
“Amanda is wonderful! Absolutely the sweetest. I doordash from here a lot during the middle of the night as i typically struggle to sleep and don’t eat during the day. any time if they’re out of something, etc, they’re always quick to let me know! never had an issue with my food here either, even throughout the day when i stop there personally. food is always great, quick, and the customer service is wonderful.
and most certainly, thank you to the night shift crew, you guys are fabulous.“
