“Staff is always friendly and very understanding with my picky order for my iced late. I want to thank the entire staff for being awesome! Shout out to Crystal apologized for not adding the flavor to my late, it was remade. When I tried that late, that was pretty white/light in color. I went back a third time (not like me at all!!) and asked for them to make it again. Crystal made it and it was spot on! What can I say? I am an odd ball. Thank you very much for going the extra step to make sure my late was perfect!!“
